Directions
Cook bacon with your preferred method and then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Once cooled chop into small pieces.
Prepare and measure out your chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and yogurt alternative.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the avocados.
Season mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
Half your avocados and remove the pits.
To serve, scoop some of the chicken salad mixture into each avocado half. Enjoy!

If you plan on meal prepping, chicken salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge with the whole avocado. When you're ready to eat half your avocado, and top with the chicken salad.
