Mix the almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and onion flake together into a bowl.
Dip each chicken breast nugget into the oil mixture and then dip it into the almond flour mixture until fully covered.
Fry each chicken nugget in oil until both sides are golden brown, and cooked through.
Note: if you prefer you can bake these in the oven at 350F for 10-20 minutes.
