Mix in diced tomatoes, sea salt, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
Stuff each hollowed green pepper with the beef mixture. Top each pepper with 1 tbsp marinara sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
Coat the bottom of a baking dish with the leftover marinara sauce and place stuffed peppers on top.
Bake at 375°F degrees for about 20 minutes.
